Frequently Asked Questions
What is FTTO?
FTTO (Fiber To The Office) is a fiber solution dedicated to businesses. Unlike shared FTTH (Fiber To The Home), FTTO guarantees symmetrical and stable bandwidth, along with a Recovery Time Guarantee (GTR).
What is the difference between fiber and ADSL?
Fiber optics uses light to transmit data, offering speeds up to 100 times faster than ADSL (copper). It is also much more stable and less sensitive to electromagnetic interference.
Do you work for residential customers?
Yes, we handle both final connections for individuals (FTTH) and complex infrastructures for businesses and local authorities (FTTO/FTTE).
Do you offer maintenance?
Absolutely. We offer preventive and curative maintenance contracts, including repairing cut fibers, reflectometry testing, and network equipment updates.
How long does an installation take?
For a standard connection (house/apartment), the intervention lasts between 2 and 4 hours. For a business deployment, the duration depends on the site's complexity and the number of points to be installed.
